Pyunkang Yul Essence Toner is an intensely hydrating formula that delivers nutrient-rich moisture to the skin. Water is not present here as 91.3% of this toner contains milk vecht root extract; full of skin-friendly betaine and minerals. With the antioxidant, anti-inflammatory, nourishing properties of root extract, this gel-type toner absorbs quickly to hydrate and strengthen skin. The essence toner with only 6! ingredients not only provides the skin with intensive moisture, but also gives it a very soft, soothed and supple texture.

After facial cleansing: Apply an appropriate amount of Pyunkang Yul Essence Toner to palms and gently rub onto face and décolleté. Then continue with moisturizing.
