Bank transfer
You transfer the amount to our bank account before your order is dispatched. You receive the transfer details in your order confirmation email.
The transfer must be made within three working days of placing the order. If the amount does not reach our account within that period, the order is cancelled.

Refunds
If you withdraw from your order, we refund the amount to the bank account you provide in your withdrawal notice. The conditions, the deadline and the steps are on our Right of withdrawal page.
