Muldream All Green Mild Toner - Hypoallergenic vegan whitening toner with rice bran and niacinamide
Hypoallergenic liquid toner with 45% rice extract water and niacinamide from a certified vegan whitening formula. It contains star ingredients like rice bran to even out skin tone and niacinamide to balance sebum and skin moisture production, improve the appearance of pores and even out skin tone. Moisturizes, soothes and brightens gray dehydrated skin. Light texture and quick absorption. Does not contain alcohol.
Main ingredients: rice extract and niacinamide.

Advices:
- When drying your face after cleansing, do so gently and only by removing excess water from the skin.
- Immediately remove excess water from the skin, you have about 10 seconds to start applying the toner while the face is still a little wet.
- Spread the toner all over the face and in small areas to stimulate the absorption of the product for about 10 seconds and follow with the essence.
- Toner is extremely important in your skin care routine, as it is the first step of hydration we give to the face; to tone, regulate ph and close pores. Because while cleansing the face we remove the natural moisture which makes it a bit dry.
Packaging: 150 ml.
Fourth step of your skin care routine and first immediate hydration step after cleansing your face morning and night. Apply a generous amount of the product directly to the palms of the hands and pat onto the face, gently patting all over the skin to promote absorption. Then continue with the rest of your routine.
