Ma:nyo Panthetoin Essence Toner is a deep moisturizing essence toner formulated with Panthetoin™, U-Oliosome®, and other patented ingredients to keep the skin smooth and moisturized all day. Panthetoin™ is the unique formulation of Panthenol (B5) and Ectoin. It helps provide and retain moisture, keeping the skin moisturized all day. 

This highly concentrated essence toner absorbs swiftly to deeply moisturize dry skin. The rich milky white toner leaves skin moist and plump without any heavy feeling. Hyaluronic acid and macadamia ceramide lock in moisture and protect skin barrier. Additional patented ingredient SymCalmin, which is derived from oatmeal, calms sensitive skin.

    I have dry to very dry skin (atopic prone in winter) and if you are like me, you will definitely appreciate the Ectoin in this toner. Leaves my skin hydrated, supple and bouncy
