Clean the face. Dry your hands, open the package and peel off the sticker from the pad. Moisten the skin with water. If it is not wet enough, the patch may not stick and may not be effective. Place the patch on the moistened part of the nose with the shiny side facing the skin. Allow the patch to dry for 10 - 15 minutes. The patch should begin to stretch as it dries. Once the patch is dry, remove it slowly and carefully, pulling from the edges to the center. Rinse with water.
